[ Shipping Time ]

We proudly offer you worldwide shipping! 

Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched (1-3 business days taken before dispatch), depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time will be usually taken 1-3 weeks (7 to 21 business days). Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

[ Basic shipping cost ]

Shipping cost will be free of charge when you order over €100.00! 

- To countries EU region (incl. UK, Norway, Switzerland) : €7.99 per order
- To USA / Canada / New Zealand / Australia : €9.99 per order
- To rest of world : €15.99 per order

- Some items/countries may be applied for different shipping cost due to type of item / situation of shipping couriers. You can see final shipping cost of your order at checkout page before paying. 


- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Besontique Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


[ Tracking your order ]
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit the tracking page informed on the shipping confirmation. Please kindly allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.



[ Wrong address disclaimer ]
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@besontique.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.



[ Lost/Stolen Packages ]
Please note that Besontique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do these, please reach out to our customer support team at info@besontique.com. Or, as the safest way, please note that you able to get covered for covers delayed, damaged, and lost items if you select/add GREEN SHIPPING PROTECTION at checkout for your orders.
