Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched (1 - 3 business days taken before dispatch), depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time will be usually taken 1 - 3 weeks (7 to 21 business days). Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

- To USA / Canada / New Zealand / Australia : €9.99 per order
- To rest of world : €15.99 per order

[ Tracking your order ]
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit the tracking page informed on the shipping confirmation. Please kindly allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

[ Lost/Stolen Packages ]
Please note that Besontique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. [ Return & Exchanges ]
Please kindly note that Besontqiue currently does not accept any returns due to personal dissatisfaction or simple change of mind. Therefore, please make sure of yourself when you finally place your order. 
 
However, you will be able to get a new/right product of your order in case of defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For that, please understand that we will be asking you for sufficient proof such as photo or video when you claim the damage and request of a new one.
 
[ Refund ]
In case of defective, damaged or wrong item delivered, if you would like to get a refund instead of getting new/right products, we will support to proceed it for you. When your claim is finally approved by our side, you will be refunded on your original payment method . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

[ Exceptions / non-refundable items ]
