[ Return & Exchanges ]

Please kindly note that Besontqiue currently does not accept any returns due to personal dissatisfaction or simple change of mind. Therefore, please make sure of yourself when you finally place your order.

However, you will be able to get a new/right product of your order in case of defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For that, please understand that we will be asking you for sufficient proof such as photo or video when you claim the damage and request of a new one.

In case of defective, damaged or wrong item delivered, if you would like to get a refund instead of getting new/right products, we will support to proceed it for you.
