Please kindly note that Besontqiue currently does not accept any returns due to personal dissatisfaction or simple change of mind. Therefore, please make sure of yourself when you finally place your order.

However, you will be able to get a new/right product of your order in case of defective, damaged or wrong item delivered. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
